Find Out How

Do You Have A Secret Fear of Losing Your Job?
How often do you think about money problems?
"Will this feeling EVER go away?"
No matter how much you earn, getting by is still a struggle for most Americans these days (studies below)
You and I have never met.
But there’s a common concern we all share. The possibility of losing our job... our business... our income.
That dreaded feeling of just "never having quite enough money" every week.
And hey... maybe you work a full-time job that pays decent. But even after working long, 40 hour weeks, you still feel like you're spinning your wheels.
Or heck -- maybe you don't even have a job right now.
Whatever bucket you fall in -- there's no denying -- you know you could always use more.
We've all been there.
You COULD pick up a 2nd job if you wanted. Maybe the thought of becoming an Uber driver for extra cash even crossed your mind at some point.
But you’re already working 40 hour weeks so now you think, “Is it really worth it?”
Yet... you’ve got bills, student loans, general living expenses eating away at you. Or the kind of debt that feels like no matter how much you work, it never seems to go down. You feel like you’re sometimes locked in this abstract prison of debt and it’s driving you slowly insane.
It's always the same question that haunts you day after day (usually multiple times a day):
"Is this feeling ever gonna go away? I feel trapped."
And the more you try not to think about it… the more it keeps coming back up and taking you down this downward spiral of constant stress and anxiety.
Then there's HOLIDAYS.
Gift giving.
On one hand, you don’t want your friends and family to think you’re “cheap” when it comes to gifts (not that they’ll ever tell you). On the other hand, you cringe because you know you can’t afford as much as you’d really like.
The worst part is... you’re not a cheapskate!– yet unfortunately that’s the feeling that creeps up on you that you DON’T want people to think. So now you’re put in this awkward and uneasy spot where you wish you could just fast forward past the holidays and skip them altogether… or just disappear. Your anxiety and stress levels just multiply as you try and figure things out every birthday, every Christmas, every Holiday.
But wait... there’s something else.
What we call “the unexpected.”
The real troubles in your life that never cross your mind. The kinds that blindside you at 4pm on some random, regular Tuesday:
...a major car repair... a medical bill... a rainy day... furnace breaks down... emergencies.
That's just the tip of the iceberg. What about FUN things like:
Restaurants, Cafes, everyday purchases, big purchases, buying your friends a round of drinks, picking up the tab on a date, trips, vacations, movie nights, museums – everything.
The things that make up for life's smiley, fun, unforgettable experiences. Things that bring zest and sizzle to life.
Now maybe you’re already working a job you like but want to make more money on the side.
Or maybe you work a job that you secretly hate like a lot of people out there... but know you gotta do what you gotta do to pay the bills for now.
I recently read online about a guy who had a “rage quit” after getting into a fight with his boss. He quit on the spot, and just like that, he was unemployed.
Another guy said he wanted to leave his job and look for other ways to make money because “hated making other people rich…” (his exact words).
Maybe you’re in a similar situation and deep down you dream about being your own boss.
You close your eyes and wonder what that would actually be like... you imagine all the things you'd do―the FREEDOM & OPTIONS you'd have―if you WERE your own boss.
Or just making a few extra hundred bucks per week.
Or maybe you’re already working 40-60 hour weeks but you’d rather spend your days at home with your family while still making a good living (and having your time back to do what you want like make dinners, attend kid’s school events, or hit the gym and run errands during the day when it's NOT crowded and everyone's at work).
Fact: No matter how much you earn, getting by is still a struggle for most Americans these days.
78% of Americans live paycheck-to-paycheck (see below)
Wow. This is crazy.
Take a look at these haunting facts CNBC News recently reported:

CNBC News Reports...
“Almost 8 out of 10 American workers say they live paycheck to paycheck to make ends meet, according to a new survey from CareerBuilder. That can force people to take on debt or otherwise struggle when an unexpected bill arises. It also raises questions about the stability of the broader economy given that consumer spending accounts for more than two-thirds of activity.
No matter how much you earn, getting by is still a struggle for most people these days.
78% of full-time workers said they live paycheck to paycheck, up from 75% last year, according to a recent report from CareerBuilder.
Overall, 71% of all U.S. workers said they're now in debt, up from 68% a year ago, CareerBuilder said.
While 46% said their debt is manageable, 56% said they were in over their heads. About 56% also save $100 or less each month, according to CareerBuilder. The job-hunting site polled over 2,000 hiring and human resource managers and more than 3,000 full-time employees between May and June.
Most financial experts recommend stashing at least a six-month cushion in an emergency fund to cover anything from a dental bill to a car repair — and more if you are the sole breadwinner in your family or in business for yourself.
While household income has grown over the past decade, it has failed to keep up with the increased cost-of-living over the same period.
Even those making over six figures said they struggle to make ends meet, the report said. Nearly 1 in 10 of those making $100,000 or more said they usually or always live paycheck to paycheck, and 59 percent of those in that salary range said they were in the red.”
Where does that leave most of us?
“About 40 percent of adults with a high school degree or less said they are scrambling to keep afloat, or more than twice the number of Americans with at least a college degree, according to the Federal Reserve. CareerBuilder found that about half of workers who earn less than $50,000 per year are always living paycheck-to-paycheck, compared with 28 percent of those earning between $50,000 to $100,000.
"That should concern a lot of people," said Mike Erwin, a spokesperson for CareerBuilder. "If you don't put money away now, you will rely more on government programs in retirement.”
THE WORST PART OF ALL!
You’re filled with drive. You’re filled with creativity. You’re smart. Yet, why do so many of us continue to struggle financially? It’s as if all that is being blocked and shoved down and twisted into this grotesque lump of shame and fear.
There’s a way to eliminate the problem. Totally.
The solution is to develop an independent small “business on the side”… one you can operate directly from home and 100% on your own time – even if you have a day job. A business that requires just 5-10 hours a week. A business you can begin for little to no investment and earn $1,000+ per month on the side.
I realize this sounds too simple to be true. But it’s being done – quietly – by thousands of people.
I’m one of them.
The type of business I’m talking about is flipping.
You can do anything you want with the money you’ll make flipping. I could go on all day about what you can do like pay down debt, pay for family vacations, buy new (used) cars, remodel your home and… fund just about anything.
But I’d rather just show you.
Take a look at what these people are doing. With the money they're making flipping things:
"Family trip to Disneyland"

"Bought a new car"

"Wife's engagement ring, paid for wedding, down payment on a house"

"Started flipping to supplement the family income. Close to replacing very well-paid job. Now I get to spend all day with my kids, clean my house, and make dinners."

"Pay off debt, fund creative projects, travel, extra $... A great skill to have"

"Remodeled bathroom, bought 4 new phones, a car, a week vacation with all the kids"

"Flipping is my fun money... also gift giving, new motorcycle, wife's Christmas gifts, professional photoshoot for my newborn daughter"

"Restaurants... Cafes... Everyday purchases... Trips... Movie nights... Car repairs... Museums... Everything!"

"Europe trip... bills"

"Shrink down debt... unexpected expenses... wanted some f*ck you money"

"Quit FT engineer job and started flipping. Hiked the Appalachain Trail. Way happier now than I was in an office all day."

"Paid cash for a car, wedding, trailer..."

"Teacher with a master's degree... paid off debt... student loans... did $35,000 in 8 months... Upgrading from a Hyundai to a BMW"

"Paid bills. Left job to take care of sick parent. Buying a new car, moving cross-country. Flipping is such a f*cking godsend."

"How I make a living"

That's those people. Here's how flipping can transform your life too...
Take a look at this letter:

That's my first house I bought.
I turned this house into a rental property.
There are 2 people in that house right now paying me $1,200 every single month (that's $14,400 per year).
I bought this house using flipping money.
The down payment money for the house; I used flipping to come up with it.
It wouldn't have been possible without flipping.
Then this happened...
I bought a BMW 328i and a Mercedes ML320, both freakin' phenomenal, fun cars:

It didn't stop there though... Because not too longer after the Mercedes and BMW,
I finally gave in and decided to buy myself this beautiful, stunning Porsche
Cayenne (and let me tell you, this baby is EVEN BETTER than the Mercedes and
BMW) -- All bought with flipping money.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd own and be driving a Porsche (or a Mercedes or BMW). Growing up I always thought you had to be super rich or be a doctor or something to do that.
I couldn't have been more wrong.
Those are just some of the things that I've done with the money I've made flipping things.
Still to this day I flip things. And so do hundreds of others.
And it doesn't matter who you are, where you came from, how much money you're making NOW....
Whether you're making $20,000 per year...
Or $120,000 per year...
People from all walks of life are doing this
And YOU CAN do this.
Here's someone who left a high paying job and started flipping -- and now they're happier than ever:
"I'm so happy being my own boss that I can't believe it"

Here's someone else with a Master's Degree who's flipping to make money:
"Master's Degree... Paid off $6,000 in student loans all from flipping"

Stay at home moms

Even beer money!

Now remember...
You can use the money you make for... whatever you want.
You don't HAVE to make $30,000 in one year flipping or as much as others are making.
Take my friend Shawn for example...
Just the other day, my friend Shawn was complaining to me about how much credit card debt he had and how bad he wanted to look for a part-time job to pay it off.
He started running some numbers... "So I have $2,000 I need to pay off... if I get a part-time job and work this much... while getting paid that much... I'll be able to pay it off in 14 months at $145 per month since that's all I can afford now..." this and that.
I STOPPED HIM IMMEDIATELY!!!
"Seriously, 14 months? Working ANOTHER part-time job ON TOP of your current 40 hour/week, full-time job?
...and doing it for 14 months, JUST to pay off ONE credit card?"
He was telling me like it was completely normal and OKAY.
Sadly, for most people it is. But it's not always their fault.
I had to wake him up from this nonsense.
"Dude, that's ridiculous. I'm gonna show you a secret weapon that'll help you pay this card off faster than you ever dreamed possible. You just have to listen. No excuses or whining. 14 months of working 2 jobs just to pay off ONE card is sheer nonsense."
He didn't pay that off in 6 months.
Or even 3 months.
He was debt-free in just 67 days!
His credit card was completely, 100% paid off (I'll admit, I helped him a lot and taught him how to make money flipping things).
Not only that -- had he made monthly payments for 14 months, he would have accrued for himself an ADDITIONAL $432 in interest charges.
He's now a die-hard believer that flipping is one of the only "make money quick," go-to methods.
Suppose you were to do the same things as these people
Here's how ridiculously easy it is.
When you hear the word "flipping," what do you think of?
Most people suddenly get intimidated and think of HGTV style, large scale HOUSE flipping...
Entertaining to watch, but that's not the kind of flipping we're talking about.
We're talking about flipping things on a small scale.
Like buying something from a thrift store then reselling it for a profit.
Sounds simple, right? And it is.
These are the same secrets I used to make $31,209.65 in profits in one year, completely on my spare time while working a full-time job.
That's $2,600/month,
Every Single Month
Let's define what "flipping" is:

BUY
something at a low or discount price

IMPROVE
it: clean, re-paint, tidy up...

SELL
it at a higher price
